I am a sizeable Norwegian who have been occupied designing and implementing MapServer based geospatial web solutions since 1997 - and who have been a keen user and promoter of Mapserver, OpenLayers and GRASS in Norway, Europe and recently also in the Middle-East where I am currently based.
