OpenID/SAC

OpenID is currently provided by xblade11-2 as VirtualHost openid.osgeo.org.

There is a backup on osgeo2, in /home/other_backups/openid/, with a README in it:

* Load 'mysqldump' into a mysql database.
* Edit config.php to point to the right database and username/password
  for  read/write access.
* Configure apache to allow rewriterules for the 'openid' directory
* Point a VirtualHost with name openid.osgeo.org at the openid directory
  as a document root.
