He rebuild the website of OSGeo China Chapter and have maintenanced it. And he is the reference contact for the "Open Geospatial Laboratory" of OSGeo China Chapter, who has published lots of tutorial for open source GIS in Chinese. He also provides business solutions using open source GIS software.
