  2. Draft OSGeo 2015 Sponsorship
  3. Contact prior sponsors
    • gather ideas for sponsor perks
  4. Report back to board
    • Adjust sponsor perks based on feedback
    • Question is raised if this activity should be out sourced to professional organization
