To add an internal link to a new page simply enclose a word, phrase or sentence in double square brackets:
[[This will be the new Page]]
To link to an external URL enclose just enter it: http://www.osgeo.org or link it with a more descriptive word, phrase or sentence by separating it with one blank and enclosing it in single square brackets:
[http://logs.qgis.org/geofoundation/%23geofoundation.2006-02-04.log Transcription of the IRC]
Only the text will show up.
Enclose titles with equal signs, 2 for first level (==), three for second level (===), etc... We will probably not need more fancy formatting at this stage.
