Regarding moving/establishing individual mailboxes, *please* declare (as already requested on Trac, btw):
[ ] Your primary concern is to use 3rd party ressources;
[ ] your primary concern is to have individual mailboxes.

Of course there can be one single *primary* concern only. There's a significant difference between these two and clarification is required.
