Upload Server for Software, Printing, Data for Workshop Instructors

An OSGeo server exists for workshop instructors to upload their materials.

Connecting to the Server

  • Host: buildtest.osgeo.org
  • Port: 22
  • Servertype: SFTP
  • Logontype: Normal
  • User: foss4g2009
  • Password: <sent in email>

What to Upload

Upload files to your workshop folder (for a list of workshop codes, see FOSS4G_2009_Workshop_Scheduling). Here is what should be loaded into each folder:

  • data - any spatial data required for your workshop
  • printing - all materials that you need to be printed
  • software - all software that you require. Include a short README.txt file with install instructions, and also include a few steps to verify the installation
