Personal Description :	Suthakaran has moved to Open source GIS in 2013 particularly (QGIS, JOSM, PostgreSQL, Openmapkit, Mapillary,Mapbox,OSM ) in Sri Lanka. He is working in the OpenDRI Projects with world bank, Sri Lanka since 2013 and he is interested in integrating OSM data with Disaster Management Activities. his education background is in Geography,Disaster Management and GIS.
