Tom owns more than 15 years Utilities AM/FM GIS(mainly for electricity&telecoms) project experience in China and Asia Pacific.
He is the earliest accredited Smallworld GIS instructor of GE Energy and he also ever involved the core product release cycle which hosts by GE's Smallworld core development team in Cambridge.
Currently Tom C.H. Lee is the Vice President of RollingStar Survey Technology Limited. Now he is leading his new team to promote the new EIS(Environmental Informative Solution) across Cloud Architecture by the SOA with OGC's open data standards.
