I love to promote open Geo software everywhere, in my organisation (already previously at the Brussels administration for environmental matters) but also to help simple citizen .

I'm a geographer engaged in geomatics through remote sensing, I became first by need, very interested in the open source movement and all the solutions available. Quickly I were convinced that Open Source could be a real benefit for my organisation to advance interoperability between administrations. Actually I'm active in the implementation of INSPIRE and SDI infrastructure with concreate experience in MapServer, PostGIS and Hame .I'm a founding members of OSGeo.be and always volunteer and actif to organise events such as the FOSS4G - Belgium conference.
