Wiki-DuckySherwood: added information about the various maps I host

Kaitlin Duck Sherwood -- "Ducky" to just about everyone -- is a graduate student at UBC in Computer Science, studying programmer productivity.

She has developed a few Google Maps mashups, and open-sourced [http://code.google.com/p/mapeteria/ some code] to help naive users make choropleth maps with CSVs of their own attribute data.

She also hosts

* [http://maps.webfoot.com/ US Census Bureau demograpic maps] mashed up with Google Maps

She feels somewhat uncomfortable typing in the third person, but thinks that makes more sense on a wiki.
