The 20th board meeting has been scheduled for the 27th of October at 15:00 UTC ([http://www.timeanddate.com/worldclock/fixedtime.html?month=10&day=27&year=2006&hour=15&min=0&sec=0 fixedtime]), by phone and IRC ([irc://irc.freenode.net/#osgeo #osgeo]) at the same time.
