-David has more than 15 years of professional GIS experience, focusing on enterprise architecture, server/web application development, data management, and program management.  From there, he joined Booz Allen Hamilton and consulted for 7 years with the US Army Corps of Engineers.  First, as the GIS Coordinator for the Los Angeles District.  Wearing two hats as a manager and server-geek ... desinging, building, implementing an Enterprise GIS system for 800 employees, and leading a team of six analysts.  And later as a developer/GIS specialist supporting [http://corpsmapu.usace.army.mil/cm_apex/cm2.cm2.map CorpsMap], a web-based map tool utilized by all USACE districts across the US.   While at USACE, he supported Esri products on the desktop, and open source technologies on the server side.
