I teach Geoinformatics at Osaka City University, Japan and
also work as an Adjunct Faculty at Asian Institute of Technology,
Thailand. Have been involved with FOSS4G since the 1990's.
Also involved in OSGeo since its inception in 2006. Presently,
carrying out my academic duties and research using OSGeo software.
Current interest include Sensor Observation Service, Community GIS,
Distributed Geoprocessing.

He is also one of the founders of OSGeo and currently serves as President and also plays active role in OSGeo Local Chapters in Asia.
