- Draft OSGeo 2015 Sponsorship and update website with result
- Contact prior sponsors
- gather ideas for sponsor perks
- Report back to board on the following:
- Adjust sponsor perks based on feedback
- Question is raised if this activity should be out sourced to professional organization
- Treasure: can update financial forecast as required
