• We've been lucky to have two local organizations agree to explore ways our little group might help work on some of their GIS efforts.
  • Ann & Sandy Cross Conservation Area
    • Greg Shyba, CEO of the Ann & Sandy Cross Conservation Area will join us to speak to some of the issues they are facing. Shubrheet Gill and Stefan Price - our project drivers - will talk about the potential for the project.
  • Kiyooka Ohe Arts Centre
    • Bob Morell, Chair, and Ricardo Castillo-Arguello, Director, will join to discuss their efforts in creating GIS resources for the KOAC sculpture park. Yui Tanagi and Nabila Chaudry - our project drivers - can also speak to their initial impressions of the opportunity.

Some suggestions from the chapter for presentations include:

• Show us your side hustle
• Bring us your problems ( stuff you're working on and issues )
• teach something new ( OS Geo projects or other ).
