Introduction

Workshop and Lab presenters were asked when they submitted their proposal to provide an indication of their software requirements for the PC's supplied at the venues. this list is a synthesis of the requirements and presnet the various options for working with non-Windows based presentations.

Presenters are asked to upload any VMWare images, other software and data to the ftp server [xyz] by the 15th September or preferably earlier. Login details will be communicated to you directly. Presentations can also be uploaded there.

The issue of doing printing of Workshop/Lab paper materials locally has been raised and will be addressed - arrangements to follow.

Discussion on this page should be done on the workshops list (conference-workshops@osgeo.org) at http://lists.osgeo.org/mailman/listinfo/conference-workshops
