The following are the known meeting times of Foundation groups

Board of Directors - Every Friday at 1500 UTC - (watch out for daylight saving time) - via IRC #osgeo in irc.freenode.net and Skype
Incubation Committee - Some Mondays via IRC in #osgeo at 1800 UTC, 3:30pm EST, 12:30pm PST.
Website Committee - Every Wednesday via IRC #osgeo in irc.freenode.net 19:00 UTC 2:00 EST, 11:00am PST
Fundraising Committee - Tuesdays at 1600 UTC (12:00 noon EST).
Promotion and Visibility Committee - every other Thursday, starting 15:00 UTC on April 27th; via IRC and telecon
Public Geospatial Data Committee - Every second Thursday via IRC #osgeo in irc.freenode.net 1600 UTC
Education and Curriculum Committee - no regular meetings (yet), see EduCom mailing list for announcements or fetch iCal file.
