Welcome to "Geo for All Iberoamérica" Region Thematic/Bienvenidos al Grupo Temático/Regional "GeoForAll Iberoamérica"

Chairs/Coordinadores: Antoni Pérez Navarro (Spain/España), Sergio Acosta y Lara (Uruguay) and Silvana Camboim (Brazil/Brasil)

(English) With the "Geo for All Iberoamérica" the iberoamerican region wise thematic group established, the chairs of this group are now the contact points for any new labs to be established in Latin America & the Caribbean, Spain and Portugal. The list becomes the first point of contact for the new members. All regional members in the group can use the list for collaborating on regional funding calls, FOSS4G local conferences etc.
This way, we can asure the expansion and consolidation of the group, and it will satisgy any local/region requirements/needs. All ideas are welcome.
(Español -castellano-) Una vez establecido el grupo temático de la Región Iberoamericana de "Geo para Todos", los coordinadores son ahora los referentes de contacto para cualquier laboratorio que quiera sumarse a la iniciativa; la lista de correo será el medio de contacto inicial para todo nuevo miembro. Todos los miembros de la región iberoamericana pueden usar la lista para colaborar en la construcción de propuestas en temas concretos o específicos, así como sugerir ideas a desarrollar. Servirá también para difundir posibles oportunidades regionales de financiamiento, eventos locales o regionales FOSS4G, etc.
De esta manera podremos asegurar la expansión y consolidación del grupo, tanto como la satisfacción de requerimientos o necesidades locales y/o regionales. Son bienvenidas todas las propuestas e ideas.
