iEMSs 2006 (July 9-13, 2006) is the 3rd conference of the International Environmental Modelling and Software Society. OSGeo will be visible and discussed at least in the workshop 13: "Open geospatial tools and methods in environmental modeling and management", which is organized by Ari Jolma and Ned Horning. Helena Mitasova is presenting a plenary talk co-authored by Markus Neteler: Open source geoinformatics for environmental modeling.
