GIS Analyst
Location: Cascais, Portugal
José Santos is a user and supporter of Open Source Software, namely GIS and WebGIS applications. He worked for two years at the European Space Agency as a GIS Consultant where he used and promoted the use of OSGeo software. Currently, he is developing is own startup company based in the use of Open Source software. He is an active member in the OSGeo mailing lists, OSGeo-Live and member of the OSGeo Portugal.
