Meeting Details

This meeting was requested by Guido Stein and discussed on the the marketing discussion list. The goal of this meeting is to welcome the new marketing committee members and continue the work of the committee.

Discuss status of osgeo.org

Guido - website is alive, can we find a way to engage OSgeo members to keep it up to date? Astrid - can we get new committee members (Adam? Milena?) to help? Make sure we get events listed. 

         - outlining the process of updating a news item ( as an example) - should we trust members to add news/updates on their own? or manage more centrally?

Milena - working on text with Jody. How can we divide the work of updating the website?
