Open Science Committee Budget Planning 2019
The OpenGeosSci committee requests to OSGeo a total budget for the 2019 of ###### USD.
This is intended to cover:
- 1 hosted event at EGU 2019 (Townhall/Splinter, including catering costs) (2,600 USD)
- TBD
EGU General Assembly
- Event: townhall (EGU Townhall 2019)
- Venue rental: none
- Catering: 2,000 USD (based on previous experience) [required]
- Promotional material: 100 USD (Posters/flyers announcing the event) [required]
- Give aways: 500 USD (production of OSGeo-live USB-drives)
