Stefan Blumentrath
Researcher at the Norwegian institute for nature research (NINA) in Oslo, Norway.
Stefan is using mainly GRASS GIS, QGIS, GDAL and PostGIS for applications in the fields of ecology and environmental planning. He contributes to GRASS GIS and QGIS with AddOn functionality.
