User creation

What happened to the user creation log? It went crazy! Did some software gets updated (or not updated?)

Is some body looking at this problem?

Leo, we just upgraded MediaWiki. Sounds like you found an issue with the upgrade. Can you file a ticket on https://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo or supply more information here about page/link you are talking about and how it's supposed to look?

Before November 14th may be 1, may be 2 new users a day. After November 14th may be 200, may be 400 new users a day. Many automatic.
May be we lose some capcha plugin, or some block rules?
