Workload and Tasks

In general, this month has been useful for reviewing my priorities and productivity. I've stepped back from a few commitments to help focus on other tasks that have been somewhat neglected due to time constraints. Some of those areas that I've slowed down on are the Journal, Systems/Website support, Conference Involvement - so that I can focus more on Marketing, Fundraising and Financial Management. Once my next couple speaking engagements (Marketing/Fundraising) are wrapped up I will have more time to dedicate on Fundraising strategies and processes.

  • Running the Board and Charter member elections are also on my mind, but I'm starting to wonder if this will take away from regaining my focus on Fundraising which is a key focus for my position.
  • Likewise, on the financial side I am starting to think we need some book-keeping or accounting assistance to help do tracking and reporting .

Some of the Things I'm Working On...
