Personal Description :	Jáchym is active in various Open Source GIS projects as a user and developer. He was member of GRASS GIS development team. He is author of PyWPS project. He is helping a little with development of OWSLib and OpenLayers and contributing here and there to various open source software for geospatial. He was chair of at FOSS4G-CEE 2012 in Prague and attends various conferences (including FOSS4G) on regular basis. Open people minds and open technologies for better geospatial world. Open source, open data, open standards, open minded people.
