I work for the Province of Manitoba in the GeoManitoba Branch as a Geomatics Support Engineer.
I also operate a small consulting business at Handyside Web Programming Services . I have built the mapping interface for The Murals of Winnipeg website, this interface can be found at: The Murals of Winnipeg Mapping Interface
I have also created some QGIS Python Plugins for image merging and clipping, image tiling, a GPS Tracker, and modified the Zoom-To-Point plugin
