Dr. Markus Lupp
I work as a consultant for lat/lon, a consulting and software development company that focusses on Spatial Data Infrastructures (SDI) and Open Source GIS. I am a member of the Project Steering Committee of the deegree project (and one of the original founders of the project). Also, I am the current editor of OGC's Styled Layer Descriptor (SLD) and Symbology Encoding (SE) standards and involved in a number of other OGC standardisation actitivies.
Regarding OSGeo, I am the editor for the Topical Studies section of the OSGeo journal.
