Saber has been a long time OSS GIS user. His first introduction was to GRASS GIS in 2005. He became an active member of QGIS user groups and presented during several local FOSS4G and QGIS events. I have been at the front of push for adoption of FOSS4G, specifically QGIS, in UK.
