Dr. Tuong Thuy Vu

A geospatial scientist by training, Thuy has been working as researcher and educator in Vietnam, Thailand, Japan, Sweden and Malaysia. He has been an active user of open-source software for his research and teaching including QGIS, GRASS GIS, and Orfeo Toolbox. He is currently leading the OSGEO lab at UNMC, a research unit aiming at promoting OSGEO tools and services in Malaysia and the region.
