WPS Tribe

During the BoF about WPS which took place during the 2010 FOSS4G we all decided to create a mailing list to share our ideas and expertises on the WPS 2.0.0 ongoing writing process and also about the effort we can make all togethere to make our solutions beter.

SO the list was thankfully created by Frank Warmerdam just after the FOSS4G closing session end.
