One day event of local activities focused around GIS education. http://www.gisday.com

If your local university, government or organization is sponsoring GIS Day activities it would be good to bring a little Osgeo to the table.

Action Items

  • Hand out Live GIS DVDs
  • Give a talk about FOSS GIS applications you use
  • Run a workshop
  • Table with informational handouts
  • Make a Poster highlighting FOSS GIS tools (Anyone want to collaborate?)
