Agenda
First off everybody should give a very short introduction on why they show up at the meeting and how they plan to contribute. Please add whatever else needs to be said and done here:

- Event Calendar
- Event Responsibility (whoever is responsible for an event has to make sure that one OSGeo memeber really shows up there and does what has to be done)
- News section (develop in Wiki, publish on announce, forward to WebCom)

Communication tech
A Skype conference (free of cost) plus IRC are suggested as means of communication. Last week there were some acoustic difficulties hearing people from Europe. We might want to try it out a day before.
