Projects being considered to be retired from OSGeo-Live

Following on from reviewing OSGeo-Live metrics, there are a couple of projects which we consider are candidates for retiring from OSGeo-Live.
- GpsDrive - no recent activity and has critical errors preventing building. https://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo/ticket/1601
- tinyOWS - no recent activity, and has open errors: https://trac.osgeo.org/osgeo/ticket/1233
We are interested to hear feedback or comments on whether these projects should or should not be retired.
