Venezuelan origin, Civil Engineering, GIS user with 12 years of experience. FOSS4G promoter usage. Founder of the Venezuelan PYME CREATIVA, wich its gvSIG ASSOCIATION member. I developed several projects in the fields of GIS applied to environmental, hydro-sanitary, spatial data infrastructure and spatial planning. Currently CEO of CREATIVA and Director for Latin America and the Caribbean of gvSIG Association.
