1. Start from "Getting Started" 2. Add a Serivce Provider existed with step by step insturctions for the longest time (since 2016) 3. Finally Incubatinon committee added: https://www.osgeo.org/community/getting-started-osgeo/add-a-project/

Challenge: Can we get a step-by-step for "Join OSGeo"? - Create OSGeo UserId - Step by step of setting a profile on the website - Step by step of signing into Discourse - Step by step of signing into Wiki - Q: Should these be individual pages? Or one page with headings
