The Intergeo is the largest annual GIS and Surveying event, trade show and conference in Germany (and probably also globally) attracting more than 10 thousand people. OSGeo is represented with a booth since 2006. The OSGeo booth was designed in three parts, one for the community, one for the Open Source projects and one for sponsoring businesses who support the whole booth through their contribution.

Each year the forum of the community area attracts several hundred visitors listening to a wide range of presentations about the projects projects, exhibiting companies and users of Open Source solutions.

The host of the OSGeo park at Intergeo is the German local Chapter FOSSGIS.
