I'm a Technical Writer and podcast producer for the Blahcade Pinball Podcast. I'm also a panelist on the Write the Docs Podcast. I help run the Brisbane Write the Docs Meetups. I've been documenting things mostly in the IT industry since about 2003. I've worked on various types of documentation (closed and open source). I've been exposed to industries such as Defence, Telecommunications, Aerospace, Open Source Software, Gambling and Finance. I have dabbled in product management for about two years but decided that there was too much "management" and not enough "doing". I apply a product lens to Technical Writing because "Documentation is a Product".
