Andrew Ross from FOSSLC has arrived at FOSS4G with a backpack full of video equipment, ready to film all the sessions at FOSS4G. Yes, you heard right, all the FOSS4G presentations will be recorded and made available through the FOSSLC website for prosperity!
This will be so valuable for the community, as for every conference attendee, there are ~ 40 international people who would like to attend but can't make it. (Based on prior foss4 conferences, people are 40 times more likely to attend a conference if it is held in your own country).
There is only one catch, he needs 6 volunteers with linux based computers (Fedora or Ubuntu based) to help him. If you will be at the conference, and will be watching a sessions, why not take a camera with you and record the session for prosperity.
Of note, volunteers we know are preferred so we can chase you to get the equipment back after the conference.
