OSGeo-Live 9.5 call for translators and testers

We are almost at the end of our OSGeo-Live 9.5 development cycle, and are calling for translators to help update docs, and testers to verify latest versions of software works.

This release introduces three new applications:

• istSOS - Sensor Observation Service
• Jupyter Notebooks -Mixing rich media in documentation
• Java World Wind - Desktop Virtual Globe

And the following applications have been updated:

In particular, we need help:

1. Run the Quickstart and verify it still works as described, complete with adding 9.5b1<your_name> to the "Quickstart reviewed by" column.
2. Translate docs that have been updated
