Scott is a newcomer to OSGeo, getting his first taste at FOSS4G Portland (2014). He was educated in Remote Sensing and Physical Geography, with some experience in GIS analysis. Having spent three years complaining about proprietary RS software, he was introduced to the plethora of OSS options out there. Amazed, he attended FOSS4G 2014 to learn more. Now he's keen to learn how he can help.
