Axel Schaefer is Chair of the Mapbender project and works as a Project Manager at the WhereGroup GmbH & Co. KG in Bonn, Germany. He is also responsible for the OpenSource Software Metador for using it as metadata editor in INSPIRE conformant infrastructures.
