Personal Description :	Sunghoon is a technical leader and instructor leading the development and deployment of FOSS4G-based systems. He have degrees in geography and information engineering, and over 20 years of in-depth practical experience across all areas of GIS, including programming, project management, and system architecture. Currently, regularly provide consulting and developer/user training for the implementation of open-source GIS solutions optimized for government systems. He particularly focused on transferring FOSS4G application know-how in complex public system environments, and He is deeply interested in the use and education of FOSS4G, which contributes to addressing pressing challenges such as carbon neutrality and green growth. Member of the OSGeo Korean Chapter since 2012. Open Source GIS Instructor at LX Spatial Information Academy since 2018.
