Personal Description :	Heather has administered the GIS systems and developed GIS software for a regional watershed management organisation in Germany since 2013, where she cares for about 100 scientists, engineers and field workers. Her fields of application encompass groundwater, stream networks, water treatment and sewage systems. Heather's introduction to OSGeo and GIS came when she was hired to migrate her organisation from ESRI to QGIS. Through this she has built an expertise in guiding groups into new technologies with minimal disruption and has become a strong advocate for open source GIS.
