--For the web presentation/etc.. yes (and linked), for the mailing lists/discuss mostly yes. Also, catalans have the advantatge that we can be posting in catala and spanish in spanish and have a good thread! if 'they' want to!. <br />

-Well, creating language specific subdomains is not duplicating political/administrative ones. Innstead, the people maintaining those languages related domains, have to be more integrated in the OSGeo and do a QA (translations and orgs control) in a upper level, apart of serving as a better entry point.
