A PHP/Python MapScript application to serve images from Google Maps and Earth via the WMS-protocol, so they can be scaled and projected at will and combined with other WMS maps

Add support for KML output to MapServer (for use with Google Earth)
This would involve the creation of a new vector output format driver to generate KML output. This should be made available as a regular OUTPUTFORMAT usable by the mapserv CGI, the WMS interface, and MapScript.
