We, developers and users of various WPS implementations, are strongly protesting agains the presentation of Theodor Förster, presented at FOSS4G 2010, "Complaince Testing of Open Source Software for Web Processing Services" [1].
The presentation was based on report of BRISEIDE project [2], which was written by Bastian Schäffer File:WPS Study.pdf.
The presentation is based on falsified data, unauthorized compliance testing and goes against all scientific ethics. Additional details to support the above claim can be provided if necessary. I attach the report for your perusal.
Firstly, would like to request that the above presentation be removed from the FOSS4G2010 program with immediate effect.
