Tom owns more than 15 years Utilities(mainly for electricity&telecoms) project experience in China and Asia Pacific.
He is the earliest accredited Smallworld GIS instructor of GE Energy and he also ever involved the core product release cycle which hosts by GE's Smallworld core development team in Cambridge.
Currently Tom C.H. Lee is the vice president of RollingStar Survey Technology Limited. Now he is leading his new team to promote the new EICS(Environmental Informative Cloud Solution) by the SOA with OGC open data standards.
