There is no question that OSGeo's activities will benefit NGOs and developing nations. This page is meant to begin to formulate what those things can be.
NGO Projects
Request from OGC to help with a demonstration in a GEOSS workshop in India.
The theme of the GEOSS Workshop is Public Health. We're considering a demo around the theme of "spread of disease with a flood event". The demo will be part of a symposium on sustainable development. We are building a list of servers that supply data of India using OpenGIS Web Service specfications. Might you know of some servers, in particular, in India?
